When will my products be dispatched?
Our turnaround time is 5 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed.

- Royal Mail 24 Tracked - 1 to 3 Days
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked - 2 to 5 Days
- Evri 24 Tracked - 1 to 3 Days
- Evri 48 Tracked - 2 to 5 Days
- DPD Courier - 1 Day
- USPS Tracked - 3 to 5 Days
- DPD Courier - 5 to 7 Days
- Royal Mail Tracked - 6 to 21 Days
- DPD Courier - 5 to 7 Days
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & RoW. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.
Please also note that we must be notified within 60 calendar days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.
