When will my products be dispatched?
Our turnaround time is 5 working days, so your products will be dispatched within this period. In the unlikely case of an item being out of stock, we’ll contact you with an update to detail the delay and ask you how you'd like to proceed.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
Whilst rare, parcels can go missing in the post. We cannot issue replacement orders until 10 working days after dispatch for the UK and 28 days for EU & RoW. This is because we cannot claim from Royal Mail until this time.
Please also note that we must be notified within 60 calendar days of any orders that have not arrived. After this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge.

Spectrum Loading Printed On A Womens T-shirt
Yes you remember this. Insert the cassette tape in the loader, type load, press play and away you go. Flickering colours danced on the screen, after a few minutes an image begins to appear in the middle. The familiar stop / start audio screeches as the spectrum does it magic.
And of course it was magic, because we still remember it today. And here's the Spectrum Loading graphic T-Shirt in honor of the masterpiece.
